Ht. 5'10", Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - i am finally ready to lose weight it is like my body wants it... like I am craving to go on a jog... I am 5'10 and I weigh 204 pounds... I am ready to lose this weight... I am going to run a mile in the morning b4 getting ready for school and do some stomach excersisces... then I am going to the gym after school to do some weight lifting (I am only gonna do this 3 times a week) then I am going to jog for an hour at night b4 I get ready for bed... I am going to have a cup of coffe (no sugar) and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, for lunch I am going to have an apple and a banana, and for dinner a yogurt... good luck to me

Don't take on more tha you can hadle. It's not that I don't think you can't handle it, it's just that sometimes I make a huge plan for myself instead of taking it a day at a time. this makes me overwhelmed. I try to make smaller goals.

hey! sounds like a great plan i wish i could motivate myself do jog mornings but that would require me to get up at like 5! i think i migh ttry it though this billiten board is pretty neat! i am new her too so good luck to u and me! lol

you might want to add a little protein maybe some lean turkey( which has little fat and calories) in your diet or you wont lose fat mostly muscle!
