Hi, new here. Just wondering if anyone has any exercise routines that they feel really work. I have a membership to a gym and I work out there, walk a mile, and am thinking about starting Pilates, but I'm at a lost trying to figure out how much is enough or not enough. Anybody 'experienced' :) in this department could you please help me out? Thanx

I have these exercise tapes called the FIRM......you can order them at firmdirect.com........ive been doing these for about three weeks now....i havent been to a gym and i have lost 15lbs........and im getting muscles also.....their really easy to do.........they have aerobics, light weightlifting and the best of all cardio.......and seriously anyone can do these exercises.....and ull see a change after 10 workouts or less....and u dont ahve to do it everyday.......they make u do it every other day so u dont over train.........hope ive helped
