From Melissa, Age 14 - 11/17/03 - IP#: 24.107.4.xxx Click here to reply Today: 228 lb, Goal: 210 lb - I went to the doctors today to wiegh in adn she wsa so happy at the 13 pounds i lost. she gave me a few tips about losing more weight adn one of them was to eat protein for breakfast. protein fills you up for a longer time and tehrefore you wont be tempted to eat alot throughout the day. Good luck everyone. I'm hoping to be at 210 by Christmas-think i can make it? I'm at 228 right now.
