Does anyone have any motivational advice that will be useful, so i can startriding my eliptical trainer 4-5 times a week? I alreayd dance 5 hours a week, but only break a sweat in three of those classes(the othertwo are ballet which is reallys low movements...) BUT ANYWAYS...let me know if you have any good tips. I wantto loose 50 pounds...i weigh 170 and am 5"6.Luv yall

Also, I like to make a list of reasons why I want to lose weight and look at it whenever I lose motivation. It really works! Try it! Hope I helped and good luck!
