Today: 170 lb - Ok I have had basketball all week and swimming right after basketball on wednesday. I am still 170 but hey oh well at least havent gained any yet. I really want to loose my lower stomach because it looks really bad in spandexy type of pants and clothes and I really want to loose it then I will be more happy witht the way I look and I will feel a lot better to. So my question ....How can I loose this fat in this area? thanx for replying

Hey Sarah well, you need to do three things.. since ive learned you can't use troubleshooting on your body.. 1.Cardio (which it sounds like your doing with bball and swimmin) 2. A healthy diet.. 3. Do stomach excersizes crunches... and whatever else u can do for ure abs.. maybe get an ab video.. i mean to me everyone complains about that part of their body so im assuming u really gotta stick to it to get results.
