OK at the beginning of Freshmen year i was quickly approaching 275 pounds. it wasn't pretty. However i started to change the way i ate. i cut down my diet and watched how many calories i was eating. I was also making trips to the gym whenever possible to run a mile and lift some weights. I have lost about 55 pounds. my weight has leveled off and is staying about the say though i have started to slack from my diet. I the point is that i was able to lose that much weight in a year and now most of my friends laugh when they see old pictures of me cause they can hardly tell its me. Just watch what you eat and make it to the gym when you can hopefully twice a week and you will start to do fine.

I am going on my diet Wednesday. I plan to count calories - How many calories did you eat a day to lose the weight?

Hi i just read you bulletin. My name is ashley and i am 240 and in 10th grade. I wanted to now if you can give me some helpful hints. I don't know what to do. You realy help me see that there is hope to lose wait. I am so happy that you lost 55 pounds. I wish i could do that. tomorrow i go back to school. I start a pe class and i am dreding it. We have to run a mile every two week in like 20 mins. I use to run it in 12 somthing but now i don't know if i can do it. I'm scared of what other people are going to think/say. I was wondering if you can help me out on how to lose weight b/c i am so proud of you. thanks lots and gongrates on the weight lose keep it up.
