Hey everyone I'm hoping to lose 40-50 pounds. My diet plan is... Breakfast: 1 egg, milk, orange. Lunch: salad, low fat dressing, carrots, water. Dinner: 1 plate of whatever my parents are serving with more veggies. Snacks: apples or cellery.Excercise: 1-2 miles on treadmile, 100 jumping jacks, 100 sit ups, 100 leg lifts(each leg), 100 basic crunches, 100 reverse crunches, 100 v-leg crunches, 100 bicycles, 100 reverse bicycles, and 50 pushups. These excercises will not be done everyday.

My dad is thinkin of more because my brother is 180.5 and he is 10 so I'm not exactly following his plan. But we are excercising together. He doesn't wonna go on a diet but my dad is making him like for breakfast I had eggs and he had 3 waffles with a ton of surup

YEs, you will lose weight on it, but are you going to be able to keep it off and stay at your goal weight? If i were you I would give yourself some diversity by getting a few more meal plans to pick from or if your really good mix and match any meal of the day. Also to prevent you from being hungry i would add more protien and or healthy fats. For expample peanut butter with the apple or celery you mentioned for a snack. And some type of protien at lunch like 3 oz. tuna fish on your salad. If the plan isn't giving you enough energy (especially with all that exercising) and in some carbs like low-cal bread or whole wheat pasta. good luck and i hope that help :)
Reply from lauryn, Age 15 - 01/10/04 - IP#: 195.93.33.xxx hey babe, i fink ur diet plan needs jus a lil mur fat in it! not bad fats like choccie n that, good ones like more eggs or use of low fat spreads! the reason y i say this is coz i doubt that u'd get enuff energy from wot ur gonna eat and especially wid ur exercise regime. u'll lose weight quikly but will most likely gain it if u stop the diet!! gud luck tho x x x
