I'm gonna start getting up at 5:00 on weekdays and exercise for a half an hour before school.Does anyone have any tips or hints on how to help me lose weight? hi im really overweight ive been like this since the day i was born.i mean i cant help it because i was born with it. and i cant just have people tell me all the time just dont worry about what people say weel i have to. i weigh 295 and it feels like every one is laughing at me when i walk and my friend well i thought they were my friends are talking behind my back so if you could give my some tips about me loosing about 292 pounds in a month in a half i would really perciate it a hole lot.

5 posts down I have a list of ab exercise that can be done every other day or 3-4 times a week. They are very helpful.
