phew- i feel so much better today. i'm feeling better about my body and i know that i really can do this. little steps- i'm going to do better in school again and i'm going to exersize more regularly. i didn't yesterday but that's because i could barely move because of the hour of taebo and squats that i did on monday. i think i'll do an hour of taebo everyother day. or at least some taebo tape- maybe not an hour but that's what i'm aiming for. then some time with my punching bag and weights for every day i'm not doing taebo. but guys- it's important that if you binge eat when you're off your diet that you break that habit during your weightloss so you don't get stuck in the same situation. i'm breaking it now and last night when i went off my diet i still didn't eat too much over because i could finally stop when i was full. i won't be able to see marty much this week and i don't have a break from school this weekend either(i have an upward bound academic engagement all weekend long!arrrgh!) but i'm still feeling better then i did on my vacation. thank you to those who supported me when determined was being critical. i really feel like i can acomplish it with you guys here...

I'm so happy to hear that!!!! I'm positive that you can lose the weight. Just try real hard and I'll bet you that those last pounds will come off easier than you might excpect : )

well- i'm 5'5" and my starting weight was 170- i'm down to 153 i think- i was down to 148 but i gained some weight back. i want to be 125-130. i've been losing the weight by eating 1200-1500 calories a day and soing taebo along with various other exersizes. i haven'r been overly consistant so i know i could be at my goal weight by now but i'm planning on sticking to it and being consistant so that i can fit into the size 9 jeans i recieved over vacation by my boyfriend's birthday in march- but i might not be able to do that in that amount of time so i'm going to do the best i can. tell me a little about yourself...

Hey Anne. This is Hillary, the sister of Chris(the boy who was posting under the name determined). I am so sorry for anything my brother has done to you. He is officialy banned from the site and if i catch him back on my comp he will be in trouble. um....you sound like youre really doing well with your diet. I need to lose about 30 myself. and i was wondering, if im not getting too personal, how much u weigh and how much u want to lose and what you are doing to get there. ok thanks. sometimes i am on AIM under Tazzoberry69
