hey! ok here are some of my short term goals - (i am 164 now if you didnt no) ok. by february 20th I want to be 154 (healthy weight) then by like May 15th I want to be 140 (8th grade graduation) Then by Early July I want to be 130 lbs. (Camp) and then by Late August I want to be 125 (highschool!) does all that sound reasonable? OH my goodness that is pretty much excactly what I want to do because my eigth grade graduation is. And I am also wanting a date for homecoming. But I can't help you just because nobody has helped me. People have said drink lot's of water like 8 8oz of water. THen no sweets and exersise so I am going to try it. Maybe it will work. talk to you later
