ok last week sucked so i'm starting new! I want to lose like 3-4 pounds this week! NO SWEETS!! slim fast meal every day for dinner, soup/salad/or plain baked potato for lunch, a piece of fruit for dinner, walking one mile wed. and thurs. doing 100 crunches every day, and 100 jumping jacks every day. does that sound good enough? oh ya..10 cups of water or more a day...can i lose 3-4 lbs. w/ that? post back!

you could lose 5 pounds a week doing that!
i ate only when i was hungry and only usually had fruit at lunch, cuz if i dont really eat then, i dont feel hungry later in the day,i no its weird, ud think the opposite) and i ate a huge breakfast(oatmeal and coffee and a muffin maybe) and exercisised 3-4 days a week. like one day i ran one mile and a half(almost two!) in 20 min then the other days id rollerskate or jump rope. this made me lose 5 pounds immediatley!
so what ur doing is great!!!!!! i thought id tell u what i did so u dont feel like u have to deprive urself

Sounds good!... I lost almost 4lbs a day just drinking lots of water.
