hi I weight 169 punds right now. and I need to lose about 10 pounds by around next week to fit in my solo performance dance/singing competition. and I need to keep that weight for a while. Does anybody know how to drop 10 pounds in a week? and keep it off? I know itz unhealthy to lose so much weight in such a short amount of time. But for now, I really need to lose 10 pounds before my coach gets mad at me even more... Thanx

Exercise,Exercise,Exercise!!!There's no other smart way. Move as much as u can. Walking is the easiest.
