Okay how healthy do u think this is:
Breckfast - either egg or a snackbar
Lunch - green salad - with either tuna or chicken
Dinner - meat, vegetables and a salad.
Thats basically the atkins diet (which I lost nearly 2 stone on and love!!!) I dont think its unhealthy and its a lot more healthy than halfing junk food.
