I was very overweight overweight. I never really went on a ~diet~. I just really cut down food portions. I am still doing this until I am a size 0. I do not eat breakfast but sometimes I'll gulp some fruit juice or something...occasionally I'll have some apple sauce. About 6 hours later (at school) I'll have usually nothing. sometimes I'll have a one french fry or a bottled water. Then another six hours later i'll take in somewhere between 100-250 calories. I am losing weight rapidly. Should I stop? Should I continue? Why so?

You may be losing weight now, but did you know that when you skip meals, your metabolism slows down? Then if you try eating like a normal person your body won't be used to it and you'll start to gain a lot, please stop and follow a HEALTHY diet that you can actually do.
