Hello,i am 14 and weigh 170..i am 5'4 and need advice i dont feel the strive to get up and do something ..but i really want to ....i also dont know what to do...i have heard people say many things like work out more, run, do situps, eat less-eat half of what you eat everynight...if you have any other ways to help.....................................please reply..i will be checking in a lot so....please please please POST if you have ADVICE..HELP ME!

being more active in any way will help you lose weight, the more active you are the more weight you will lose. eating healthier is important too, and if you are eating too much cutting down on portions will help also, its hard at first but if you start to eat less over time your body will adjust to it and you wont want as much food as you once did. also make sure to drink lots of water, it actually burns calories and cleans out your system. green tea is really good too as it speeds up your metabolism and helps to detox your body.

Hi Brittany, I am very overweight too and very self consious. I want to lose weight but i don't know how to do it in a healthy way

Hi Brittany I am starting to lose weight, and since the middle of Jan. i have lost 14 lbs . I have just exercised a little at home and ate reasonable.
