okay guyz.. tell me wat u think about my diet plan...Breakfast: 1 banana and 1 cup of soymilLunch: salad and dressing and orange juiceDinner: Salad and dressing and apple and orange juice.Also I'm going to do pilates and maybe a little bit of jumproping.So what do you think? and how much weight do u think I'm going to lose if I do this for about a week? YOUR NOT GOING TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT AND IF YOU DO YOU WILL GAIN IT ALL BACK BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT. BUT DONT EAT ALOT JUST CUT BACK ON WHAT YOUR ARE EATING NOW AND YOU SHOULD FEEL A DIFFERENCE IN A WEEK OR 2, AND THE PILATES SOUNDS FINE.

hey.. i just thought I'd let you know.. I think you need more protein in your diet and that you might not have enough calories to keep your motabolism reved up. Try this Instead.. Breakfast- 1 cup of soymilk,6 egg whites scrambled without the butter..nonstick spray is best. Lunch .. A salad with 3oz. of lean Chicken and any veggies you want..along with 2 tbsp. of low fat dressing.. and Dinner- 3 oz. of lean protein along with 1 cup of veggies and a peice of fruit for desert.
I think this will work much better for you.. Remember.you wanna lose fat not muscle and water.!! Do those exersizes though.. they will really help

the soymilk is good but you'll need more sources of protien or you'll lose a lot more muscle weight then usual...
