I was recently on the Atkins plan and lost about 8 pounds in only 3 weeks. But i went off it because I couldn't stand the limited food choices. I gained all the weight back within a week. Anyway, i've been reading the success stories and I feel inspired once again to lose weight. THis time, I'll do the low calorie approach, with lots of exercise! I did that in the past, and I lost alot of weight! Hope this time around I won't gain it all back.

Low cal is good i guess, but i havent tried it. I just wanted to say that I think you should try low fat and drinking lotsa water. I lost 18 pounds and now ive been on a break for 3 weeks eating junk and whatever lol (i knw thats bad) but i havent gained anything back!!!! anyways, im getting back on track now but i just wanted to let you know that this really worked for me... and actually... pretyt much the only exercise i did was walking! just walking lots so yea... read my post a couple of posts below i posted about this, go read it if you wana try what i did :) good luck to you wiht whatever you do! YOU CAN DO IT!! :D
