Hey I have a question... I've been working out really hard lately. I'm running four miles a day and going to the gym every other day. But now, I've gained two pounds. I was steadily losing weight for a while and I haven't changed my healthy diet. So, where did the two pounds come from? How can I know if they're 2 pounds of newly formed muscle (from working out so hard) or two pounds of fat?

Next time you go to the gym, ask a trainer if they have a body fat testing machine. That way you can see if your body fat is normal or high. I have one at home. Its a scale/body fat tester. It helps alot because it lets me know whether or not the weight i lose is fat or water weight. Good luck! and keep up the good work
