Hey! I need a little help....you see, I want to give up junk food so I can lose weight, but I'm not sure how much to give up to start with...I mean, should I just give all of it up now, or do it gradually? And another thing, how much exercise should I be getting to help lose weight? There are some things I can't do...if you want to know why..email me, I don't really like to talk about it that much! If anyone has any suggestions, please post them, all help is appreciated! Thanks! :)

Hi! Well, do not give all of it up at one time...start eating half or giving up a few every week. You'll get used to it and start to eat healthier.....dont give it up at one time because you'll go crazy wanting more junk food..trust me. Well about exercise....I cant tell you because I dont know what you can do and not do. But whatever it is I wish you luck and I hope you succeed!
