PLEASE READ THISok Im 5;8 and 190, i live in buffalo NY were it is always so damn cold, it snow the wed or tues before easter. anyways, my parents are no were near rich, we are quite poor, i was wondering if anyone can help me, i dont know what types of food to eat to lose weight, and i would love to see and nutritionist but we can;t afford one, THank

Hi! I am Annie. The Food Pyramid says that for good nutrition people should have nine, ten, or eleven servings of grains, like bread, 2-4 fruits, 3-5 vegetables, and it said that we should avoid fats, but I don't know how much meat you're supposed to eat. i check these boards every couple of days to find new ideas and 2 c if i can help any1. the biggest problem ive found is motivation whether it b in the middle of ur diet or the beginning even getting started. also wen sum1 says o ill help u how much help can they b?ther not ther wen u open the fridge after skool and all u hav 2 do not 2 tlk 2 them is not go on the comp.i myself am overwieght and my biggest goal is to prove 2 every1 who has made fun of me that thers no mor 2 make fun of. also im going 2 highskool next year and i want a new start.thats y i'm starting this program.wht u do is email me these 7 things.saying u want in,y u wanna lose wight,ur weight,urhieght, how much u wanna lose, wen u wanna lose it by, and ur age. once ur excepted which u almost definetly will b ill email u bak telling u that u were accepted and wht 2 do frum ther. basically every friday ull email me ur old weight, ur new weight, wht u did good, and wht u want 2 try or wht u want 2 improve on. never and i repeat never email saying i did this rong or sumthin like that. i no above i proved that doin this ova the comp wasnt a good idea but its different. ill sen du tips, excersises, recipes etc. its totally free and even wen u get ur goal weight u cans till stay in the program plus (w/ ur premission) ur story will b shared w/ others in the program. ill keep files on ur progress.if interested email me @ awgymnast@rcn.com w/ the info i told u 2 giv me above... hope 2 hear frum ya.

avoid chocolate and other candy,pop,potato chips,cookies,cake,fries,milkshake,and fast food places,or anything fried.you can have these things once in a while so you wont binge on it and gain even more weight.for excercise play a sport for fun,rent an excercise video from the library if you dont have any workout plan.just remember avoid junk food and snacks,eat fruits and veggies,and excercise daily.
