Hi,I'm doing the South Beach diet where you eat meat and vegs no carbs I only started so no results yet it anyone else had luck with this sort of thing?My exercise is I do hand dumbells every other daywith five pound weights I do 12 different moves with 3 sets of 20 each then on the of days some ab moves What else can I do weights usually takes me about 30-40 minutes and abs i do a 10min rutien of 3 moves that you do 15 of each move as many times as you can for 10mins. I'm more conserened about losing inches especaily off my wasit because I want to be able to fit into a prom dress prom is in the end of May HELP

you need cardivascular exersize too! or else you're not burning the calories you need to through exersize. add in speed walking or taebo or jumprope or something of the like 3-4 times a week. good luck, you must have incredible will-power to stick to that diet!
