hey well i have gairned like 25 pounds since i got measured for dance soo it really sucks csaue i have pictures in like a 1 1/2 months and need to lose it fast so i think im going to run 3 miles and do lunges and a lil arm weights but not much and than oly eat mixed fruit and ALOT of veges.. for that time.. than after pics go back to my normal eaiting.. can anyone tell me if i can do it PLEASE COMMENT! thanks

Reply from brianna - 04/17/04 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx first off dear you will be pushing yourself TOO hard if you run 3 miles a day if you have never done it before..you have to start off slowly dont overdo it or you can do some serious harm to your body...the best way to lose weight and keep it off is too follow the food pyrimaid..or if you talk to your parents you can see a dietien they base there foods on the 5 food groups your height/gender/age...believe me it WORKS it really does i saw a dietien and within 6 weeks i lost 21lbs ...of course excercising 30-60 minutes 3-4 times a week helps for faster results but not so fast that its unhealthy. steady yourself have a goal for each week like 1-2 lbs...and your on your way to a happy healthy new you!! take care of yourself lots of love!!
