hey guys..guess what! I know It's not that big of a deal but I lost 2 pounds by just cutting my calories down to 1500 the last couple of days. I feel great and I can see it when I put on my clothes. I went from 145 to 143. My first Mini goal is 140..Then 135..and so on. My ultimate goal is 110. I know I can do It but I realize it will take some time. I want to be 110 by summer but I know that would be impossible..I do however want to be 110 by the time next school year starts. Thank you guys so much for all of the support. This site really helps. It motivates me..And I have a few buddies that really help. I'm always here to talk to if anyone needs a friend or a buddy..bye guys

um...look at what you said..you were the one being rude honey..I'm not gonna sit there and let you be rude to me. I don't know where your getting this..You cut your calories in 1/2 thing. I didn't do that! Where are you getting that from? 1500 calories is not cutting your calories in half! eating like only 700-1000 is cutting them in half. I really think you have the wrong person..seriously..I'm dieting right and your advice sucks..cuz It just doesn't fit my situation or describe me.

dont sit there and be rude to me okay? i was only giveing you my advice so dont sit there and snap on people who try to help you. i personally think cutting your own calories in half is NOT a good idea..so you dont like my advice then dont listen to me easy as pie..but dont be rude okay? lots of love brianna

i think u r doin great from when i started talkin to u u were overeating and to cut it down to 1500 cals a day thats good and thats a perfect amount for u if ur looseing just member to excercises nd im here for ya ttyl15

ok..um..I didn't cut them in half..and I've already had eating disorders..5-6 years I've been dealing with them..I don't have them anymore man..I'm losing weight in a healthy way. 1500 calories is actually a very good limit to be at. Some people even do 1200 a day. I think I'm doing well and I don't need crap from anyone..maybe you have the wrong post..who knows

i dont think its a good idea to cut your own calories in half by yourself...its not healhty for one your not an excpert on what your body needs..and two this could lead to an eating disorder im not saying it will but doing it yourself can be dangerous...it can become an obsession..so what i suggest you do is talk to your parents or legal guardien about seeing a dietien they will help you lose weight and keep it off....they are the ones who know what your body needs and dont needs. also excercising is good to increase weight loss like i've said in many other posts start of slowly with walking or light jogging and when you feel your ready go ahead and and start aerobics and weight training for best results. lots of love brianna

I just like..eat what I want but read the lable and add up the calories..It's workin really well.. If you have trouble with staying away from junk like me..this will help..lol
