ok ppl i have a few tips on how u guys can lose weight. i want to congratulate all of u for making it a goal to lose weight. Its not easy but in the end it will be all worth it. i'm not overweight but here are the tips. Number 1. Be aware of what u drink. Its amazing how many extra calories are in sodas, juices, and other drinks. Cutting out soda completely can save u 360 calories or more each day. Avoid diet sodas too, the artificial sweeteners are probably not good for you snf they tend to make some people hungry.Drink a lot of water (duh!) Switching from whole to nonfat or low fat milk is also a good idea, or switching to soy milk is even a better idea... (Click here to see rest of message).

Great advice, but that ia from a website as i read those exact words before. But that was great of u to let others no because thoise are the main tips i have been following for the last 5 weeks

Actually, i was readin something the other day that said that soy milk actually leads to breast development in boys (obviously women already have them) however if u do drink soy milk and u dont have 'breasts' go for it.
