Yesterday after reading a article in a magazine about overweight teens it kinda shocked me into action. So i decided 2 b healthy and kinda diet so i had a banana for breakfast, a low fat sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner and strawberries for dessert. And a banana as a snack. If i carry on eating like this and do exercise will i lose weight??? Please reply!
