Should I power walk 1 1/2 miles EVERYDAY, or every other day? People say its better to workout 2-4 times a day, so which way would be better? EVERYDAY? or EVERY OTHER DAY? (and if its every other day, should i ride my bike moderately 1 1/2 miles on thte days in between?) P.s., this is all included with dieting and no junk food or soda!PLEASE REPLY A.S.A.P! every day would be fine, but make sure you're walking some hilly areas too. it's been proven that women who have a variation of terrain burn more calories after they're finished walking/. but give yourself a reasting day...
