Okay Ive been dieting since saturday... but i got sick so i couldnt do excersize everyday! I went to the doctor and i actually weigh 5 pounds less then i thought, however, this doesnt make that big of a difference considering i weigh 215! Im on a low-carb diet and im a vegiterean so basically all i can eat it eggs, cheese, veggies, and fruit. I guess thats not that bad.... i just want to get down to 160 by the end of summer... my goal is 150.. bc im 5'6" and for some reason i actually dont look how much i weigh and i dont want to be really really skinny. It just depresses me when i see all the cute clothes i cant wear and how i look in a bathing suit is f*******scary... and summer is basically here!! my first goal is to loose at least 15 pounds by June 10th... i hope it will actually happen

Hey! I can really tell where your coming from with all the cute clothes that bigger girls can't wear. I started at 226, and after 3 months and down to 203. Being overweight can really make you depressed... but just remember, that skinny doesn't mean cute or beautiful... (cuz we've all seen some really skanky skinny people) LOL! WE CAN BE SEXY, AND CUTE, AND BEAUTIFUL TOO!!!!! so be yourself, don't try to conform to what the media tells us we should like... or even people at school... so rock on! :-D

I'm trying to low-carb too. The food I can eat on it sounds really good, so I realllllly hope it works.
