ok everyone do u guys think that this will help me lose at least 30 pounds by august 26th(which is the first day of school for me). well here it goes:-start at 50 situps, 50 pushups, and every week adding 10 more-150 jumping jacks and every week increase 50-walking for 30 minutes, only 3 times a week-no snacks between meals-drink water with every meal and in between meals-when go to fast food restaurants eat mostly salads-eat only one candy bar a week-if fell hungry drink a glass of water, wait 10 minutes and if still hungry eat a healthy snack-and do not eat after 6 o'clock
Reply from ?/?/?, Age 14 - 05/24/04 - IP#: 67.20.198.xxx no, that wont work. that will dry u out, and u will get tired very quickley. u need to start at a smaller number, like 25, and excel only when u r ready. if u excel when u rnt ready, you will make urself very sick, and u wont look good at all once school starts. good luck!
