please tell me if this diet plan sounds good breakfast-(skim milk,non fat yogurt) lunch- (fruit and jello thats sugar free and fat free) snack-(salad) snack #2-protien (aka tuna,healthy choice turkey or chicken) dinner- )one slim fast shake*plus 8 cups of water a day and 3 cups of green tea)i need some advice today becasue I want to start it tommorow...help!

i would suggest eating the salad for a whole meal and eating more at lunch. You need to vary your diet everyday. OR YOU WILL GET BORED!!!!!!!!
