Okay, i need some serious help. i am 15 and weigh 214 pounds...and im only 5'1/2". i am a really good volleyball player but my weight is getting int he way. I have tried to loose weight, or even just get fit so that i could make sure i would make the team. I really need some help. I don't want to be the fat girl that is running behind everyone else on the track when we are conditioning. I also wanna beat out this one girl named Britta...but that's another story. I am th type of person who needs visual things to help me out. I think that I have the food thing down, but i don't know what kind of excersized to do. I don't have enough money to buy like a excersize tape or anything like that, so i guess im relying on you all to help me out. If you have a written out plan for an excersize and even an eating plan, i need all i can get. SO PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

start speed walking at a oace where you're almost out of breath. when you get used to that the pick up the pace. keep going until you're jogging regularly. do this at least every other day.
