hey, i try running for an hour everyday, but i get really tired from even just jogging after the first like 2 minutes. So i tried to use my dads stair master which is like that stair thing, and i get tired from that in like 10 min. and i dont burn any calories in that amount of time really, so i just walk two miles a day but i dont burn enough calories in that amount of time. does anyone no any good suggestions?

if u are getting tired from it in the way that u r getting bored then listen to the radio or if it is a walking machine u can put it in front of the t.v. and for walking , go w/ a friend, i find it much more fun

I guess some people (like me!!) arent runners, i mean, honestly i see people running soooo fast like speeeedddy man lol for liek an hour sstriaght, but i try and ieither get a cramp, or my back starts to hurt or somthing like that and then i stop, get sore after 5 min or so and then im to sore to exercis eof r 3 days!!!LOL So my advice to you is to make a 6-week plan. The first week, alternate walking, jogging and running (intervals) for 10 min. in toital, then each week add ten minutes and by the 6th week you'll be doin the full hour. And its good not to run the whoeol time, apparently you burn mor calories doing intervals anywyas. and also rest on the weekends, youll deserve it! good luck n i believe in youu!!!!
