hey there i have been riding my bike everyday for the last week about 3 - 5 miles a day and haven't lost any and i also wasn't eating as much why could this be i figured that if i didn't eat as much and rode my bike that much that i would at least have lost 2-5 pounds can any one answer my question of why this could be thanks a lot ~Journey~
Reply from Agie, Age 14 - 06/12/04 - IP#: 24.55.116.xxx i udnerstand what u mean, but for some people it takes longer to lose the pounds. i have gone a week before and lost nothing. i went to girls camp one time and went on a really long hike, and was like, walking around and eating healthy all week, and i lost like zip. right now, ur body is probably getting used to the fact that u r doing healthy things. it's not going to start happening right away. keep it up, and don't give up. try excersizing more, and walking and running around. don't worry, for alot of people it takes time. but if u keep strifing for it, pretty soon u will start to lose. it doesn't all start happening the moment u start trying. good luck!
