OKAY YOU GUYS OUT THERE WHO WANT TO LOOSE WIEGHT FALLOW THIS ADVICE AND TRUST ME IT'S EASY. OKAY I WANT TO LOOSE LIKE 30 LBS THIS SUMMER BUT I KNOW I CAN AND HERE IS WHY.IF I BURN 1500 CALORIES A DAY THAT'S A TOTAL OF 3LBS A WEEK. WHICH IS 12 LBS A MONTH WHICH IS 24 LBS IN 2 MONTHS PLUS TWO MORE WEEKS IN AUGUST. SO THAT IS 30LBS EXACTLY. ALL YOU HAVE DO IS MAKE SURE you BURN 1500 CALORIES A DAY AND BY EXERCISING EATING FEWER CALORIES.

um..no not that easy...come back and let us know when your 30 lbs less by the end of the summer..I'm not trying to put down your confidence but its not that easy to lose weight..It's harder to burn 1500 calories a day then you think. I'd have to basically starve myself to do that..and i aint even going there..peace..good luck though
