Hey I just read something about burning calories, if while ur sitting on the computer or watching TV u keep moving like:*Tap your feet *Swing your legs *Drum your fingers *Stand up and stretch *Move your head from side to side *Change position *Wriggle and fidget *Clench and release your musclesor when ur not on the computer do things like:Pace up and down *Don’t use the internal phone - go in person *Use the upstairs bathroom *Park in the furthest corner of the car park *Stand up when you’re on the phone You can burn that little bit extra calories :)

Hey..that is true..but let me just say..that if you are focusing on shaking your foot when sitting down just to burn some extra calories Your being a bit too obsessive..no offence. Like..go for a walk or something instead..kk later

Ya, they had this study, the people who moved while they were sitting down ate 1000 calories more than the people who didn't and they didn't gain any weight, SO WIGGLE YOUR FEET AROUND PEOPLE AND EAT MORE THAN 1200 CALORIES A DAY!!!
