hey everyone..whats up? well im 14 and weigh about 180 lbs. and im about 5'4 my waist is about 36in. and i got really big thighs,hips,legs.. thats the worst thang about me! Well i really want to atleast lose 15 lbs before school starts back aug. 7th.. but i would like ot lose up to 50lbs or 60 lbs but i kno i wont lose that much in about a month and a half.. So how many calories should i eat a day?...... to lose as much weight as a possibly can and ima try to walk.. a hour or more a day and do crunches and ride my bike for at least30min-1 hour and just get active.. well PlZ reply and give me sum support and help~ leave ur eMail... for weight loss buddy or MSn or aIm sN'z thanks! of course it matters how many cal.s you eat. you need to eat less then you're burning daily. try to eat 1200 cal.s don't go under that though...

it really does not matter how many calories you eat it is how much exercise you do after or before you eat but try and keep it healthy oh my email is lil_chev06@yahoo.com
