i know i just said how i want to be a plus sized model and all, but still i wouldn't mind just shedding a few pounds for summer. i knowi can't do this EVERYDAY but it will be along these lines... B-3/4 cup of special k with 1/2 cup of skim milk and 1 fruit or half a banana l-fruit salad consiting of cantelope, apples and some other fruits(equal about 1 1/2 cups)and a ilttle under the given searving of pretzel stickssn-celery and carrot stickss-a small portion of any normal supper although will cut down on high carb stuff such as potatoes or pasta and of coarse 2 searvings of vegetables within thatdessert-(if i do have) fat free jello Throughout the day i will have at least 10 glasses of water and for exercise i will go for 2 10 minute runs, 1 hour of walking and some toning exercises with the occasional exercisee video Being honest and realistic how much weight can i lose doing this within 3 weeks?...mot nessecarily whats healthy or normal just what u think

Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 14 - 06/22/04 - IP#: 216.74.216.xxx It sounds great to me, as u said do not eat this everyday, mix it up and eat a good combination of fruits vegs and all those other wonderful foods. U can probably lose 6 pounds.
Reply from help - 06/22/04 - IP#: 67.40.165.xxx acutrally u can keep that diet plan for like a month and maybe loose like 10-12 pounds and yea maybe add a litte more in there and it will be really healthy cuz u eating enough but have a little more fruits and vegies and maybe a treat here and there and that would be great diet and excercise good luck oh yea in 3 weeks u could loose maybe 6-9 pounds depending on if u loose 2-3 pounds a week but yea that is great good luck
