I have just a short post. Alot of people here think that to see a difference in their body they need to lose 30,40 even 60-70 lbs, and then get discouraged when they hear that eating healthy and exercising will only help them lose 1-2 lbs a week. But listen, after losing 5 lbs you will see a difference,after 10 a very noticable and then when you lose 20 lbs you will see a HUGE and dramatic differnece. Just thoguht I'd give some people some hope that maybe are going on vacation soon and think they need to lose 50 lbs to see a difference, work on 10-20 and you'll be really happy with the results, it just might look like how u think losing 50 lbs would look like! thanks...

I am really gonna put in some effort and try to lose some weight. I really need it. I mean, when I am wearing clothes, it doesn't seem like I am very fat. But when the clothes come off, I am reminded of how fat I really am. I really want to make a difference in my life. My diet right now is just staying away from junk food, fried foods, and soda. And I am gonna try to only eat healthy food like salads and lean meat. It is hard and today I didn't do well but since I have seen so many tips and read so many stories, I really beleive in myself. If I lose 10 pounds, or even 5, I will then know that I can do it. Thanx for what you said 2.
