HELP! ive been on a 1200 calorie diet for 3 days but each day i cant eat 1200 cals. i eat out of all the food groups but mostly bruit and whole wheat bread. but onthursday i ate 1,034 calores, on friday 853 calories and today 798 calories. my problem is im completely filled by what i eat! i drink like 9 glasses of water everyday. is this ok to only have this many cals? i wanna lose 25-30lbs by the end of august!

Reply from anne - 07/03/04 - IP#: 216.66.107.xxx you should try to sneak in at least 100 more then what you'er eating. keep striving for 1200 cal.s, just eat more cals of less filling foods but not too far off with h ow you've been eating. also- don't forget to exersize, espesially if youre trying to lose that much
