I screwed up today. I"m on phase two of the south beach and you're not supposed to add carbs in SO quickly, but this is waht i've had today....
boca patty with parmasan and ketchup
all together 10 slices of deli meat with parmasan and fat free butter spray ( 300 cals together)
then i wnet out for lunch.....SAD at a spanish/mexican restaurant and I ate two grilled chicken tacos with soft shell ... but i thin kthe chicken was really greasy! :(
all toghet 3 diet mountain dews and 8 glasses of water
a bowl of kashi grain cereal with skim milk
fat free froz. yogurt with fat free cool whip
5 strawberries
pack of gum
HELP! Sigh..well start over again tomorrow... is that a lot to eat in one day?

Ewwww, Kashi is disgusting, it made me puke when I ate it in 5th grade! But I didn't have to go to school! Lol.

Thanks Tori! I know its very good compared to something like, Lucky Charms or a real sugary cereal like that.. if it gets to bland, I just add some cinnamon and splenda , and all is well :). I'm really liking the taste of kashi and boca, some people think i'm crazy. Was that too much to eat in one day?

according to the book "The Core Performance" Kashi cereal is one of the best cereals out there for you. They have cereal specifaclly to help you lose weight if you keep it in portion and serving sizes and use fat free skim milk. I personally use the honey kashi cereal every morning to satisfy my sweet tooth and feel that im not derpiving myself. So just to let you know the Kashi Cereal is not bad for you and should be included in your diet or eating plan!
