hey! if i only eat foods like :steak,chicken,shrimp,crackers,light yogert, whole wheat bread, some milk, low fat granola bars, o calorie spay butter, all fruits and veggies being mainly lettace and broccoli and i exercize for 30-60 minutes a day can i lose 20-25 lbs by august 25th? i already started this on july 1st and i have lost 4 lbs. does this sound good and can i make my gaol???
