HI I WEIGH 130 AND IM ONLY 4'11 I REALLY AM GONNA TRY TO BE DOWN TO 112 IN 4 WEEKS I AM GOING TO WORKOUT ALOT BEUCUZ I WILL BE AT CHEERLEADING CAMP CAN SOMEBOBY TELL WHAT I SHOULD EAT TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL?THANKYOU

eat carbs AND protein at every meal. you'll need the carbs for energy at camp, and the protien will help you build the muscles you'll be gaining at camp. and those muscles will help raise your metabolism so that even when you are resting you'll be burning more calories!
