hey i have a question if you're really good all week with eating right and exercising a lot, but then you go one day and mess up will that affect you a lot? like ALL last week i did great! i had 3 meals a day, and thats it. and they were good portioned sized meals. and i exercised EVERYDAY for like an hour. then today i had to go to my little cousins birthday party at chuckie cheeses lol and i had 2 slices off pizza. now i feel horrible! will that screw my diet up? thanks!

if you get off track for one day it won't hurt just do a little extra the next day

That's fine! Don't feel too guilty. It's okay if you get a little off track of your diet for one day. I have taken a lot of nutrition classes & have been to seminars & they usually say that you should take one day a week out of your diet to eat something that you normally wouldn't eat. As long as you keep exercising & sticking to your diet as normal for the rest of the week you shouldn't worry!

2 pieces of pizza a week shuddnt screw u up jus dont 4get 2 excersize it off sumtime 2day!! but yah try 2 not make that a hapbbit cuz then once a week will start 2 build up....good luck gurl!! <3
