Breakfast-oatmeal, with 2 tsp of brown sugar, 1 peach, glass of skim milk. Lunch-fruit smoothie (fat free yogurt, fruit, juice) Supper-Lifestyles (lower fat option) frozen dinner, carrot sticks,glass of skim milk. Exercise-30 min. walk. 30 minutes of toning exercises. Do u think i am doing enough exercise or do i need to do more?

You are most likely able to eat around 25-30 grams of fat a day. It all depends on how much you weigh, etc...

btw i had 1050 calories and about 8 grams of fat. I don't really know how much fat is nessacary so i have no idea if this is too little or not.
