hey! how does it sounds like i did today..im just trying to maintain my weight...breakfast-protein shake...about 200 calslunch-peanut butter and jelly, grapes, and 5 crackerssnack-5 ritz crackers with peaunut butterand i havent had dinner..but do you think itll be okay if i have a dessert...im only trying to maintain! and i ran for 20 min!

Sorry, I'm rambling on a little. I'm just saying I'm starting to look forward to coming here becuase of posts from regulars like Anne and Ray-Ray and others. I'm not online that much because I don't actually own a computer.

Also, life is treating me pretty good right now. I worked out something that really encouraged me. I didn't think I was going to be able to graduate high school because it's so far away. My teachers worked out a system though. If I email assignments at least once a week, do the work, and come for tests, I'll still get a diploma. Sorry, that's really off topic but I have to share the happiness. :P

As long as you don't eat a lot of dessert that sounds great! You did better than me. I worked all day and ate all the wrong things. Healthy stuff is so expensive. I'm trying to maintain weight now too, so I'm not mad if one day I go over as long as I make up for it later.
