hey i just got into highschool and im not extremly overweight for my height but i am for my age im around 5 10 and wear a 14 jeans...i play sports and am on the highschool volleyball, softball and basketball team so i excerzie alot. ive tried to akins and u dont get really long results so is their anyway i can lose around like 15 pounds... i weigh like 190 please help! u can email me if u want...strawberryhug89@yahoo.comok thanks...like diet programs..i have all the excerzie i do all that well

i dont hink you are fat. i actually think its muscle. What sorta food do you eat? just match your exercise with a balanced diet and( if if is fat) the pounds will drop off!) :-)
