I really want to lose weight now that my gym class works out in the weight room. The only problem is that I can exercise in the weight room,but then I start my job tomorrow working at a college. But when I get home,I don't feel like getting outside and exercising! I also can't really change my eating habits. Sometimes I can. Like this morning I was doing great. I had a banana with orange juice. Then in school it was my teacher's birthday so we had cake. The good thing was that I didn't eat all of it. Then at lunch I had tuna fish with lettuce and skim milk. Then after school,is like the worst part! Everyday pretty much I'm hungry and instead of grabbing fruit,I eat junk food. What can I do to gain motivation to lose weight and exercise? I'm about 220 pounds and I'm 5'6''. Please help thanks!

well saying that u can't change ur eating habits doesn't make things any better, if u say it to urself over and over again ur gonna make urself think that it is true. so the most important thing is to keep a good attitude. remember, u can lose this weight- people have succesfully lost 200 pounds on their own, so its not impossible. don't give up even when u mess up. hope i helped!!!
