hey guys im trying to maintain my weight and this is what i ate today...breakfast-(got up too late!!) lunch*- slice of turkey (30 cals)grapes, nutrigrain bar dinner-atkins chicken and broccoli at fridays and then we went and got ice cream and i had it was sprinkles and cookie dough! but i ran 4 miles, and walked one mile and i had bball practice .. so is this okay for maintaining?!?

i think that is a great diet plan except for 2 things. You should eat breakfast most mornings if you dont already. Get 50% of your fiber in the mornings. good ideas: apples, soy nuts, and whole wheat. Also im pretty sure u dont eat ice cream like that often but that stuff is loaded with cals (probably over 1200) and most of your daily fat or sat. fat. But the rest sounds excellent. its only a matter of time before you start losing big!
