I am about 5'7 and weigh 148. I am overweight by about 15 or 20 pounds. I need to know if i am losing weight on this diet.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of grape nuts with a handful of soy nuts with 1 cup of 2 percent milk. 1 hard boiled egg (no yolk).
Lunch: 1 small sandwich, grapes or apple, handful of chips, and bottle of water.
Either 20 mins aerobic or 20 mins of muscluar training every day. (i alternate)
Dinner: Whatever (but usually lean meat or fish - something low fat)
No snacks. Also, i drink 6 bottles of water a day and aviod soft drinks. I am in middle of growth spurt and am developing a 6-pack and my biceps.

Your not really overweight, but if you feel you need to lose a few pounds, you should use skim milk. I've used it the last few weeks, and it tastes much better than 2 percent!

um- no, you're not overweight by 15 or 20 poiunds. you're not overweight at all...
