STILL DOING HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO YESTERDAY I WAS LIKE OK ILL DO GOOD TOMORROW I SWEAR. THEN FOR BFAST I HAD A LOW CARB BAGEL WITH LIGHT CREAM CHEESE AND JUICE THEN FOR LUNCH TURKEY IN A LOW CARB PITA DIET COKE WITH BAKED CHIPS BUT THEN I HAD CHIPS AND SALSA THEN AFTER SCHOOL I ATE A COUPLE CASHEWS THEN WHEN I GOT HOME I DID SOOOO BAD!!!!!!!!! I HAD TORTILLA CHIPS WITH SHREDDED CHEESE ON THEM PB CRACKERS FRUIT SNACK HALF A PB SANDWICH AND A PITA BREAD. I FEEL SO HORRIBLE, GUILTY, FAT AND I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. IM UP LIKE 1 OR 2LBS AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WEIGH IN THURSDAY AND DONT WANT TO BE UP WHEN I WEIGH IN. PLEASE SEND ME A MEAL PLAN TO DO FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ASAP!!!!!!! PLEASE!

Did you just weigh yourself after you ate? Don't do that your probably up 1 or 2 pounds because of it. Go for a walk, bike ride, etc. Burn some calories and let the food digest and most of all don't think about it. Then the next morning weigh yourself.

Here's a small suggestion, to help get you back on track. Keep eating healthy foods you think are healthy. To avoid snacking, replace your craving with a glass of water. Also, distract yourself after school by exercising instead of eating. Also, I highly recommend that you cut out the coke all together. Whether it's Diet coke or not. Not only is it STILL bad for your diet, but it has some horrible ingredients people shouldn't be consuming anyway. For example, Aspartame, an ingredient known to cause cancer. Just keep working at it & don't get too stressed. You can do it, ok? Your mind is a powerful thing, YOU control your urges!

hey, i know ur VERY stressed out, but i just wanted to offer you a helpful tip. dont worry about food, yes we all should try and stay away from sugar, but try drinking water for alot of your drinks. what i do is put lemon juice (no sugar) or lime(no sugar) and it is guilt free and it tastes good! and yes you can have sugar, but just try to avoid it when possible, just say NO! and then eat fruit or somehting like that! hope it helps email me back at sketchergirl0106@hotmail.com if you need more info
