ok i weigh 215...i play basketball....but i need some help....i made a commitment to myself that i would be about 125 or so by may...i told my best friend too....its for my 8th grade graduation....i look at all the other ppl and they have no worries...i want a small dress for me for the party afterward....it would be perfect....PLEASE GIVE ME DIET IDEAS AND EXERCISES....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE....i am 5'10 ish and I weigh 215..remember that...thanx...-~*!*~HELP!!!!~*!*~

125 isn't even reasonable for your height. How about 150-160. Just eat food that is good for you and a little junk on the weekends and excersize an hour or more a day. Good Luck! I hope I helped!

if you go to recipeland.com they have low fat recipes for the food you love so even if you feel like pigging out its low in fat lol gd luk
